- 3-4 years of experience

- Rational Tools for functional or Performance
- Silk test

- Regression testing Process
- Good Communication Skill
- Knowledge of logistic, supply chain, Retail, Siebal, SAP, Banking is a strong advantage
- People having more then 5 years experience should have knowledge of any of the following test management tools
- Test Manager
- Quality Center
- Any other Test Management tool
Junior Test Engineers
- Degree in engineering, science and commerce from UGC recognized universities
- Proven Software Testing Training (2-3 months with project) & Certifications from reputed Software Training Institute
- ISTQB certification will carry added advantage
- Good Communication skill, problem solving capabilities
- A Team player
- Selected Candidates should sign security bond for 2 years
Open source Solution Consultants
- 4-5 years of experience
- Understanding of any of the two section below with open source tools
- Unit and Integration testing
- Test Management & Test Case Management
- Functional Automation Testing
- Server monitoring tools
- Performance testing
- Security testing

Network testing
- Writing Macros for tool/data integration & Defect management
- Build & Configuration Management
- Statistical analysis and Reporting tools
- Strong knowledge on SDLC model and methodologies like Agile, RAD
- Strong understanding on usage and coverage of utility open source tools for testing against industry standard tools
- Good Communication skill
